  5. 1st Senator    Behold our patroness, the life of Rome.
  6.     Call all your tribes together, praise the gods,
  7.     And make triumphant fires. Strew flowers before them;
  8.     Unshout the noise that banished Martius;
  9.     Repeal him with the welcome of his mother:
  10.     Cry "Welcome, ladies, welcome!"
  11.  
  12. All    Welcome, ladies, welcome!
